Privacy Policy
Effective: [Add effective date in src/lib/legal-config.ts]
This Privacy Policy describes how Appliance Launch collects, uses, and safeguards business information shared through our inquiry, scheduling, and call process. It is a general B2B template and is not legal advice.
Information we collect
We collect business details you provide voluntarily through our forms and scheduling tools, such as your name, business email, phone number, store name, store type, and the topics you want to discuss. When you use a calendar to book a call, the scheduling provider may also collect details needed to confirm and join the appointment. Any additional information you choose to share during a conversation may also be noted for the purpose of that conversation.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to operate the inquiry and call process — to prepare for our conversation, schedule and confirm calls, respond to your requests, and discuss your store, inventory, and market. We do not use your information to sell you consumer appliances.
Service providers
We may use third-party service providers, such as scheduling and customer relationship management tools, to operate this process. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own terms and policies. We do not control their separate practices.
Marketing communications
We send marketing communications only with your consent and only where lawful. You can opt out of any marketing message at any time using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.
Analytics and tracking
We may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure marketing effectiveness. When enabled, the Pixel may send a PageView event as pages load and a Lead event after a booking request is submitted. Whether these events actually fire depends on browser settings, ad-blocking tools, and consent where required by law, so they are not guaranteed to fire in every case. Meta receives this information as described in its own policies. We do not use other analytics or tracking pixels unless explicitly enabled and disclosed here.
Data sharing
We do not sell your information. We may share information with the service providers described above, or where required by law.
Safeguards
We take reasonable safeguards to protect the information shared through our process. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the inquiry and call process and to respond to your requests, and afterward for as long as needed for legitimate business or record-keeping purposes.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us, subject to applicable limitations. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
